Terms of Use

Last updated: 31 August 2026

These terms apply to your use of zIPTV. Installing or using the app means you accept them.

What zIPTV is

zIPTV is a media player application for Apple TV, iPhone and iPad. It contains no television channels, films, series or streaming subscriptions, and it provides no access to any content. Everything played through the app comes from sources you configure yourself. We are not a content provider, a reseller or an intermediary for any provider.

Your responsibility

You choose the playlists, portals and guide sources you add, and you are responsible for holding the rights or authorisations needed to access them. You agree to use zIPTV only for lawful purposes and in line with the terms of your own providers. We cannot supply, recommend or troubleshoot sources, and we do not monitor what you play.

Subscription and billing

zIPTV is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through the App Store, after a 7-day free trial. Current prices are €3.99 per month and €24.99 per year; the amount charged in your country is set by Apple's pricing for your region and shown before you confirm. Payment is taken from your Apple Account at the end of the trial and at each renewal, and the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies.

Third-party services

The app can query The Movie Database for artwork and metadata, and OpenSubtitles for subtitles when you supply your own API key. Those services are operated independently and their availability and terms are outside our control.

Availability and limitations

The app is provided as is and as available. Playback quality, stream reliability and guide data depend on your network, your device and third-party sources beyond our control, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change between versions as the app develops.

Intellectual property

The zIPTV app, its name and its interface remain our property. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for as long as your subscription is active. You may not decompile, resell or redistribute it.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of zIPTV is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
